REMINDERS

Cell Phones are to be in Lockers or Backpack during school hours! NOT IN POCKETS
All Calls need to be made in the office!
Parents/Guardians MUST come inside to check out their students when leaving for appointments or leaving for the day!
NO Energy Drinks at SMS per our Student Handbook!
Air Pods/ Smart Watches/ Headphones are NOT to be used during the school day.

Congratulations Qualified 7th & 8th Students !!

Golden Key is a reward opportunity for students who earned a 3.5 GPA 1st semester of this school year. Those students are invited to a Portland Winterhawks hockey game!

1st 100 students to return forms and payment will be attending!

Saturday March 7th

Cost is$ 40.

This includes admission, a hot dog and a drink.

Chaperones Needed ( Must have current background check and payment of $40)

Oregon Shakespeare Festival

Interested 7th grade students were handed application packets for our annual Oregon Shakespeare Festival trip happening October 2026!!

Please review that information with them and remind them to complete all the required elements to be considered for this amazing trip!

More information will be sent out as students are selected!

Make sure you order before the end of the school year to ensure you receive one for your student!

THIS WEDNESDAY February 25th!!!

Immunization Exclusion Day!

Students that are still needing Immunizations will be receiving a letter stating which ones are needed by the exclusion day February 25th.

If your student has received the vaccine listed, please provide that information to the office!

Students will NOT be able to attend school if vaccines are not completed.
